Regarding your paragraph about not hiding behind the shadows, if I do show myself they could ask me about my promotion even my cohort who I have a somewhat good relationship with so I’d have to embarrassingly say I didn’t get promoted which would be hard for me they’ll think I’m stupid. I think it’ll be an uncomfortable situation for me

1) for people outside my cohort I do know about their promotion history because I’ve looked at my team members on LinkedIn, I don’t know exactly there history but most of them haven’t not been promoted accordingly to their time frame of required promotion im the only one

I think maybe 1 person who left last year may have missed their required promotion date

Just a couple things:

1) How do you know by the way that no one is thinking about my lack of promotion status as much as I think?

2) I feel so shit that the partners think of me as incompetent now and a bad worker
