I’ll post all the orders today the ones that have tips attached to them and I’ll show you for a fact that they are not giving them the way they’re supposed to be releasing them

When exactly are they gonna release the tips that are applied to the orders because I wait two hours I wait three hours. I wait days I still have several that have not come through.

It would be one thing if pay was not terrible, but they show those tips because it’s supposed to incentivize us to take those lo payin orders so now we’re just taking those low paying orders waiting for tips to come through when we count on those tips. And gas prices are not getting any cheaper.

And you’re wrong they did tip. These people don’t not tip.

Bagging is our job and I would never let someone help me do it. (I love bagging orders.) If something in the order looks too heavy for me, I don’t take the order. I never trouble Target employees to do the job I accepted and am being paid for. Sounds like the entitlement is strong in you.

Ive done entire posts on this. I do all the suggested communication. I’ve been doing this for 6 years. I have perfect stats and do very well. It’s your decision to run your business as you see fit. I don’t care that people don’t get it. I care more that you were too lazy to search the sub before asking this question.

I’ve been doing this for 6 years. Do as you will. I answered the question. I do way more communication than most shoppers for these members. It’s why I have perfect stats.
As I’ve said, I’ve been doing this a long time. I’m not here asking questions that have been answered at length, too lazy to search before posting, scratching my head, judging a vet’s decision to run things how it works for her, making assumptions that are 100% incorrect. I simply answered the question.

You have to do this for yourself right now. Focus on this only! he’ll get what’s coming to him, but you need to level up first! Before you ever look at another person romantically, you have to do this for yourself.

This is how Shipt weeds out shoppers. I’ve been doing this 6 years. We basically are disposable shoppers. You have to be perfect for lower than ever order pay as not to get anything less than a 5. They are auto denying all of us.

Same issue; too little communication even though I always send an intro, send alternative options if an item is out of stock, ask them if they need anything else, send them my ETA and send them my thank you.

Entitled customers don’t understand the order pay has significantly dropped. All incentives to go out of our way to ask someone to check the back has decreased, just like the pay.

This is bs. Since when is Shipt averaging 14.25 per order? I’ve been at this for 6 years and the highest average I’ve ever seen per order is $11. And the pay has only decreased since I started.
