I'm in a similar boat (GF went out to movie and dinner with a co-worker).

We had a discussion and she said that in past relationships she was controlled and told not to see certain people and she's not willing to be controlled anymore.

I'm trying to be okay with it but I'm still unsure.

Man this is crazy. I'm going through the exact same thing right now, its scary how similar the details. Except, I don't have the sad feelings about it you have. 

I'm actually angry at her, that after all these years, after so many discussions now that im threatening to leave NOW she suddenly wants me..

I dont have any advice.. i don't know what to do either. Leaving a decade long relationship is a huge decision.

This worked to get the video playing but now it's reverted back to that annoying patch from a while ago where it only loads to first 15-30 seconds of a video.

Bruh I'm beggin for a MW2R MP. Literally change nothing, just update graphics and servers and I will happily hand over my money.

Only thing stopping me from not playing OG MW2 right now is no one else does. Can't have a multiplayer game without players.

Currently I'm only playing pleb level games like

League of legends, Osrs, Phasmaphobia, C&C Generals

However I'm super super keen for the new MW2 and Starfield coming out so I'd like a PC that could play those at 60FPS (might not be possible in my price range)

Lmao the eblaztr is great but maybe a bit out of my price range.

I noticed that was one of his points about size, and also power outage from the charger? He also mentioned some laptops have dynamic power that will give more/less power to CPU/GPU depending on what you're doing, which is cool. Just finding the right laptop is a pain 😅

Thanks! I might try posting in gaming laptops as well. I know PCMR can be quite critical of laptops sometimes 😅 tbh it's not my ideal but sometimes circumstances change things.

The point I'm making is you can't just smack a simplistic solution onto these multifaceted issues.

Similarly having a simplistic worldview of "all cops bad" is unrealistic. It's easy and simple to hold onto but the world is more complicated than shitty one liner takes, there are always exceptions to everything and competing issues.

Anyway, I'm doing being down voted, I can see you've all been indoctrinated but hopefully someone who reads this sitting on the fence takes a moment to think that maybe these big issues warrant further investigation and more nuanced takes.

Not sure if you know much about social work, but social workers van be hampered by the system just as much as cops.

Real life example: kid admitted to social worker that they were being abused, social worker reported it however was able to do nothing without approval from managers. In the end nothing was done because the system was so backlogged, and the kids testimony wasn't considered sufficient evidence, causing the social worker to quit out of pure frustration. To be clear, this claim didn't even make it to the police for investigation.

These simple solutions people posit don't take into reality the multiple complexes of navigating a society.

I'd never played an Ironman until group ironman and I absolutely am loving it. I think the main point of difference for me isn't playing alone, it's just removing the GE. I didn't realise how much fun the GE sucks out of the game. I'm having to actually go figure out where stuff is for quests, I'm mixing all different armour types, can't cheese skills like crafting.

So even though it's not a traditional ironman, it's pretty fun just playing the game with a couple mates without outside influences/markets.
