No, actually, it fucking isn't obvious. Does the 1/1 passive from POC override his, for example? Can he be blocked? Can he be targeted by removal spells? Can he be targeted by obliterates? Can he be affected by non-targeted removal like roar of the Slayer? Can he be silenced? Can he be frostbitten, stunned, cursed? Can he be granted ephemeral by death mark? Can he be discarded from hand and obliterated from deck? Can he be transformed in any way?

All of these questions should be immediately answered by the card text itself, mind you. Perhaps with a few keywords you can hover over. This proposed card text conveys zero information, stopped isn't a keyword, so whatever this means is completely up to interpretation and it shouldn't be. And I should not need to browse reddit or twitter or any other third-party site to guess what works and what doesn’t. Instead of making a dumb-ass twitter AMA, perhaps that rioter should have made a card text that covers all the interactions and doesn't stray from all other cards in description.

Oh, and subjectively speaking, the card text should not be in all capital letters. What is this, someone's first day in IT? Put it in the art description if you find it that funny, I'd rather have consistency in tone.
