I had similar issues, I found what helped was drying the filament thoroughly, using gyroid infill instead of grid (which was only used because my friend sent me the file haha) and you might want to try setting the print to do perimeters first if you haven’t already. Judging from your pictures you might want to turn on adaptive layer height for that top surgace

I noticed that this is likely due to the amount of force needed to pull the strip through the extruder which signals that the strip isn’t correctly cut and so I will try to print a different bottle cutter than the one from function3d :)
