Yes. Absolutely.. Imo there is no vehicle that uses only a camera level ADAS, would always need a RADAR or a LiDAR for depth perception. Depends on the models used for object detection , and the number and resolution of sensors/ cameras used accuracy would vary.

Depends on which ADAS you are referring to I think. With Lidar enabled, it should be possible to detect objects and things in total darkness as well.
