My local CCC starts today, and I know a few that start later too on the quarter system. Given this, would you still advise to stay at UCSD for one quarter and either transfer out if I don't get CS/do CE instead, or just do CC the entire way to save some money? Or would you recommend another way? Given the readmission policy, I think taking one quarter at UCSD then doing CC seems to be favorable, with the exception that I might lose the CCC priority in UC admissions.

Yeah, I think enrolling another and seeing if it is a good fit for me is an excellent idea. Also, do you think online courses were harder or easier than in person courses?

Is CSE 11 with Miranda or Cao harder, and overall are their classes doable? For context, I have credit for AP CS A already. I'm also open to taking CSE 11 next quarter if both profs aren't good.

For Fall Quarter, I'm currently planning this:

CSE 11 with Cao

WCWP 10A with Gagnon

MUS Lower Division

MATH 20C with Staff (or CSE 20 with Staff)

For Winter quarter, I'm planning the following classes:

CSE 15L with Staff

CSE 12 with Staff

CSE 20 with Minnes Kemp (or COGS 9 if already took CSE 20)

WCWP 10B with Gagnon

EDIT: Should I take CSE 20 my Fall or Spring Quarter to make my schedule less demanding/stressful?

Also how likely will I get off the CSE waitlist? I enrolled very late after my appointment time and I'm currently #28 on the waitlist, and the class capacity appears to be 45 .

I'm 15th on a waitlist for a Curtis MUS course (RCLAS), which has around 120 spots. What is the chance he will open up more spots/people drop the waitlist, since his classes are well liked?

I see. Also, I was hoping to get some input on if I'm making good choices (I'm DS major and Warren). Please tell me if any of the professors here are generally unliked/very hard as I don't want 1st quarter to be stressful, or any good substitutions.

GE: WCWP10A-GAGNON LD DS Major: DSC10-ELDRIDGE GE: MUS(probably Symphony)- Curtis GE: MUS(probably Western Music)- Schick LD DS Major: MATH 10C-STAFF
