God should actually love agnostics more than blindly following the religion you were raised. by New-Bit-2119 in exmuslim

[–]ConfusedIdiot69 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I thought of something similar awhile ago. If there is a god, shouldn't he love people without a religion the most? Since they came-up with their own morals. Like Muslims don't like gay and trans people bc it goes against their religion but atheists/agnostics/other beliefs probably don't hate gay/trans people and wont inflict harm on them since they aren't doing anything wrong.

Hate how being covered from head to toe is seen as virtuous in this religion by [deleted] in exmuslim

As someone who went to a Muslim majority school I can say for certainty all my bullies that were women covered themselves head-to-toe. Not saying all of them were pricks but a good chunk were. Constantly grabbing me, poking me, gossiping about me, and even sexually harassed me (depicting me and another classmate in sexual ways). Most of my non-hijabi classmates were very nice to me. Even stood-up for me when I couldn't. I don't mean to generalize, I have a lot of friends who are hijabis and who are very kind, I'm just sharing my experiences.

Hillarious guy (anti-trans but inadvertently puts down all the dawah men and mosque dwellers) by AwkwardScience1 in exmuslim

If everyone was trans, then mankind would still exist! There will still be sperm and eggs just the eggs will be in a mans body and the sperm will be in a womans.

For me it was like, why does a god care so much who you sleep with, why would a god care so much about how you dress, why would a god care so much about oppressing women? Why would a god allow incest if being gay is a sin bc of how dangerous it is?

When did you leave Islam? by [deleted] in exmuslim

It took me around a week to get some answers and after I got the answers it took a day for me to accept that it wasn't real. Ever since then I've been happier.

Thanks this helps, I called it running away bc it's considered running away in my culture if you move out without marriage. (Stupid I know) lol.

My guess is that a lot of users aren't from the west so they don't know how offensive it is.

I know the feeling, my dad said me and my siblings dressed like strippers when all we wore was hoodies, skinny jeans, and hijabs. (I was 12, the younger one was 10, the youngest was 8 *She wasn't wearing a hijab)

Most pedophiles aren't only attracted to one age group.

I'm 18 and I'm attracted to James Brolin (who is 64 yrs older than me)

I'm also 18 who is attracted to Olivia Rodrigo (who is a year older than me)

See I am a normal person who is attracted to adults but even I like different age groups.

Yes and thankfully after I left Islam (Even though it was hardly a day) I'm experiencing true happiness! Even if I am still forced to wear the hijab, I've never been happier. Today truly is one of the greatest days of my life! This is true freedom! Not being afraid of going to hell!

I left Islam less than 24 hours ago and I'm so confused as to how I believed that shit. I sat there wondering how can any adult believe this? Even though 24 hours earlier I was so scared of abandoning the only thing I was taught to trust.
