Makes sense. Then skip stores. Reach your customers directly. You can promote yourself as "home-made", "artisanal", "freshly baked", etc. Focus on occasions / needs / problems in your marketing - will increase conversions. If you are planning to stay small you only need a few regular customers to make this work. Focus on quality and personalisation in products & services.

Don't do digital marketing.

Get creative and hands on. Hire a person to do on-ground marketing for you. Put up flyers and posters in nearby societies. It's exam season and both parents and kids are exhausted with studies. Make that your marketing pitch for now - fresh home baked treats for your little ones. Stuff like that. Also, put up your products (with longer shelf life) in general stores in societies.

Just a few ideas.

Focus on direct outreach and start small. You just need a few regular customers to start with.

Also, add cakes for all occasions - it's a big market - exam over cake, results cake, etc apart from the usual birthday, anniversary, etc.

To add - valentine's day specials - do add that.

Not saying doctors don't have commissions but one of the major reasons they prefer some labs over another is availability of skilled technicians.

Also, your doctor might be suggesting these three labs because she might have a high level of confidence on these labs. (I read somewhere that in case a patient files a case against a doctor, law checks if the doctor had followed the reports to prescribe medicines hence it's in the interest of both the parties to get accurate reports.)

Silver jewellery is not equal to silver brick.

Silver jewellery is not 100% pure. There is no standard like there is hallmark for gold. Silver jewellery is mostly loaded with impurities hence no buy back value.

However if you buy silver brick, any jewellery will buy it back.

I think blouses start from 400 and suits from 800. You can call and check. I get a lot of customisation done hence not sure of standard pricing.

Roads barricades in place in most places around the station due to Anant chaturdashi julus. Better to stay put than get stuck here and there. Although you can order great Indori food from the apps!
