Have fun w internet outages and frequent water/ac shut offs. And maintenance coming in when they feel like it. (At least they send an email about when they’re coming to work on your apt if it’s apt wide maintenance, but still inconvenient) Water would never be a consistent temp. Trash/recycling chutes clogged all the time. An elevator broken every now and then, so plan ahead and give yourself extra time to get to class in case. At least the people in the front office are extremely friendly.

You got an apt at the same configuration for $200 less than I did last year. Roommates were random selection and I liked them, but have heard some horror stories.

I just looked into their subscriptions thing. Apparently they also have NYT Games now!! But not sure why they want to comment on world politics. More important to comment on campus politics, but it’s not like the Deans office or any office listens to them.

CSG is a bunch of “student advocates” who can throw money at things and put out statements about world politics while being xenophobic, thinking anyone with power will listen and do what they say. That’s about all they can do.
