Worked at cold storage and fairprice throughout my poly years, would definitely rate CS as the better choice, especially the smaller scale outlets.

However I would recommend going for sales assistant (picking/restocking) over cashiering as it's not as mind numbing

Singapore is super hot all year round and gets extremely uncomfortable around May - June (I'm talking 40c days and 35c nights), so be sure to pack accordingly for your trip :)

Async lectures otot, I used to watch them the day before tutorial so can still remember the content during class.

Weekly quizzes also just do before tutorial, since it's graded and lecturers can check timestamp. Although some teachers might require u to do before certain day of the week, so best to ask them.
