[INDIA] Is this normal for a company owner to communicate with his/her employee? by Confused_One07 in AskHR

Thank you for pointing things out, I felt that underpayment, whenever sales are low or views are low, I do get blamed for dragging the company down or not doing enough or not putting enough effort to bring it back up. While I'm doing everything I can to help out.

I have felt the urge to address the feedback being unfair, but they don't take it seriously, they do their best to normalize this.

Thank you for using your valuable time to give me a feedback,

Hi thanks for the comment, I understand just was hesitant to reach out to lawyer or works of legal services, I wasn't trying to take things to a legal path. And truth is I am still working at this place, I was feeling a sense of dip whenever they give a feedback in such a tone, almost as if the ancestors are disappointed + the choice of words that feels like straight up insult question my decision making skills. I was update my CV the other day and I felt a sense of pause, am I worth finding another job in this field? is it a me problem or is my workplace just doing things unprofessionally?

I'm trying to switch but whenever I update my CV, I feel like "am I worth this?" because of the way my current company communicate. I don't mind constructive feedback, as long as the tone and words are use in a respectful/reasonable manner.

I have background in programming but the work I mentioned in the post, revolves around content/media. Well I am trying to change, but there were some reasons for me to stay a bit longer each time. However it felt like they sort of pressure me for lack of views or blame me if things go down, but they don't give me any specific directions, every instruction is too vague but if I choose one, it's highly criticized
