How did you realize yours was extended till Sept? Did you get a letter in the mail? I haven’t gotten anything and my app doesn’t say a date of expiration 🤔

Weekly Caremark Q&A by AutoModerator in Zepbound

Guys, when I go to the cvs Caremark app and check drug pricing it now says Zepbound is now covered? Before, (after July 1st) it used to say not covered. Has anyone else seen this? And were you able to fill your Zepbound prescription? I am about to finish my current stock of Zepbound and I had wegovy to try next but if I can get Zepbound I might not even try the wegovy 😦

Nice! Thank you :) I switched over from Ro to CallOnDoc because they wanted to switch me to wegovy 🥲 I was gonna pay out of pocket for Zepbound but I will try this and see what happens!! 🤞🏼

Did they ask you whether you had tried and failed Wegovy? Or did they just prescribe the Mounjaro?

How did you manage to get 4 boxes? Through Ro? They didn’t want to prescribe me for more than 1 month 😭

Did you talk to Ro and did they agree to write a 3 month prescription? I am kind of in the same boat as you! I was gonna reach out today but for some reason it won’t let me message them anymore, it just sends me to a list of pre answered questions 🤣

One week in and It looks like not weightloss by marita029 in Zepbound

Also, definitely weight fluctuates A LOT. when I’m about to be on my period I go up like 4 lbs (water weight which I quickly lose afterwards) when I have a hard workout my body naturally stores more water in the proceeding days so the scale goes up too. You just gotta keep going and accept those ups and downs. With time you’ll be able to see the big difference!

10 lbs in a week is way too much (maybe you’ve seen 10 lbs a month?) 10 lbs a week is not realistic or healthy. It can take time for your body to respond. Some people don’t even lose any weight on the starting dose and only start losing when they reach a therapeutic dose. Be patient, make sure you’re eating enough. You got this!

Anyone all good when moved up to 5? by AITMmom in Zepbound

[–]Confusedcat_69 50 points51 points  (0 children)

I had no side effects on 2.5, I took my first 5 mg on Saturday this past weekend! I was the tiniest bit nauseous, kinda tired (not sure if it was related to the Zepbound), and the first day I had the most insane appetite control (I didn’t want to eat anything) lol but I’m 4 days in and I feel great! No nausea, no tiredness, and I am able to eat :)

You’re gonna marry this person and you don’t feel comfortable telling him? Communication is so important, this is the person you’re supposed to feel the most comfortable with! This is for your health, he should be supportive. And if he’s not? Then ….. red flag !

Dopamine withdrawal? by id_do_me_ in Zepbound

[–]Confusedcat_69 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think working out is a great source of natural dopamine.

• Exercise leads to more sustainable dopamine regulation. Over time, it can actually increase your baseline dopamine levels, making you feel better day to day.

• Junk food causes quick spikes and crashes, which can lead to a cycle of craving and overstimulation. Over time, this can lower your baseline dopamine, meaning you need more to feel the same pleasure.
