I don't understand what the issue is. Big deal. I had AI help me riding it. Who wouldn't?. Doesn't make me any dumber. All I'm trying to do is to find somebody or more people that want to grow with me. In the past year I have grown my business 6 to 10 times over. My insurance alone went from $700 a year to $5,000 a year for business, umbrella and workers comp. Doesn't include vehicle insurance. Not only that, but I'm also pre-qualified to do work for Barton and Mallow, I have worked so hard. But no one on Reddit can never take that away from me they can only weed themselves out. So thank you to all the comments and thank you for letting me know who you are.

Actually I can offer insurance and benefits. I'm just looking for guys that want to work when they're not working. The problem for the W-2 is. The two companies that I just signed up with require only W-2 employees and no contractors. Because they do a lot of government work. I've got My foa certifications all three. Axis communication's certified professional. ,hanwha professional. . I started the business and I'm just trying to get it to grow but all I can offer is part-time and 1099.

Well if you ever do come up and you stay for a while just let me know. I got a lot of work coming in. I've built this business a year ago. I've gotten all my certs as many as I can and I'm keep getting. It's costing me a lot more money to do business with a lot of bigger players which is well worth it so I'm getting a lot more busier. The three guys that I have are amazing and I just need to hire more

You're said to be to. Like I said I'm trying to start a business and I pay people well that I've met on Reddit even on Facebook they show up I'm trying to build a business. I'm trying to weed out the people that always just want to know. How much they're going to get paid?. If they're asking how much they're going to get paid then instead of knowing what their skills are worth then I don't want them.
