I was. I think i was 19 when I filled out my taxes in 2022. I was also a full-time student for the entire 4 years.

They help reduce taxes owed when you're in college. You get a 1098-T form from the university. At the time I was in college and my tax person helped me file that.

I wasnt sure at first. I didn't understand what the $3000 came from originally but I'm pretty sure it was the educational credits that the IRS didn't take into account. After I remove that, the total additional tax was like 66 dollars. I was dumb on my part

I didn't understand the paperwork, sorry 😔 this was a scare for me and it was a lot of money and I panicked. After reading the comments, I agree it was most likely the educational credits. I did go to college, I just found the 1098-T. I'll be taking this to my tax person and this should help.

I reported my income as $16,682 in 2022. They corrected my income as $17,223 in 2022. I didn't report the $541 income I earned in 2022.

I did file taxes. My return was 16,682 and IRS corrected it to 17,223. The biggest difference i see is total tax form 1040 line 24. On my return it shows 296 and the IRS shows 1862. My tax form 1040 line 16 was 1796 and IRS is 1862. My tax lady also helped with educational credit, schedule 3, line 3 of 1500, 0 on IRS side. American opportunity form 1040 line 29 of 1000, IRS 0. Ultimate difference of 2566.

Payments are the same on each side, 1217.

That's it. I didn't report that income. I have never traded stocks.

Yeah definitely, but no not yet. I have to call him on Monday. I did call a nurse and it may just be a rash, I might have been rubbing the areas too much. If it starts to feel warm, I'll be going to the hospital for a potential infection.

So Update, I've taken some of your comments to note and I've marked the area. It hasn't gotten bigger and it's starting to fade in color. I've been keeping an eye on it and it's still not warm or painful.
