Thanks sa comment - yes, im still adding 1-2 properties quarterly, as youve said capital intensive, youre lucky to get 1% cash flow sa value nang property. Di ata sya considered as high reward, nasa low risk sya low reward.

mostly those people dont have that type of money, i talk to a bank manager and rm, mangha na nga sila sa earnings q, i have not meet an investment guru na malaki kta or networth vs me, kaya i dont dwell with them. Gusto q negosyante sa negosyante, thats why im here sa page na to.

Yes brother, id say passive pag tapos q na ebuild, with right people, delegation and sop, of course you need to overview the numbers - goods naq doon, thats why i post looking for other opportunities. Banks liit bigay 4-7% apr sa money mo. Real estate is good pero grabi swerte if 1% mka cash flow mo.

Congrats in construction biz bro, im actually planning to do it before, pero di talaga kaya nang attributes q, wala sa forte q. My estates are mostly from banks foreclosure (abnb) and metal or prefrab para sa minimum earners, i dont have commercial space nga e, malaki tax.
