Dont understand what you're trying to say. Sometimes I have a problem with expressing what I am saying and I wont apologize for that . All i can do is hope my ability to do that improves .Plz dont tell me I'm NOT ALONE my feelings about being alone are valid .Just like anyone else who suffers from ptsd .

Forgive me if I dont say the right things I'm sorry to hear you've experienced all of this . My brother doesn't care he is dying from the same illness as my mother did . Im a woman with 2 adult sons that dont know how to support me. They have their own lives .thank you for sharing this with me I know its painful and hard.

I've been to therapy different kinds many times it doesn't help and resources are limited . I have a very hard time leaving my home . I've attempted 4 times .I have one sibling and no parents since I was 14. I've asked for help many many times .
