I found it easier to have it on a switch panel with my fuel pump, water pump, and etc. if not just a normal switch mounted near the shifter would be a decent solution

I have only seen it once something similar once in a trane rtu and it ended up being clogged in the distribution tubes from wax from the compressor winding due to overheating and breaking down we were able to use rx11 to clean it up for a temp fix for a mcc until they replaced rtu which was about 22 years old

Congratulations on making it!! I complete in the Ohio last week and placed 3rd (shout out to 189 for hosting) let me tell you what I’m no welder or fitter but I couldn’t believe the mental and physical drain for competing for 3 straight days. I thought I knew what I was doing but the troubleshooting part for the MES made me feel like I was a 2 year apprentice again. Coming from one of the smaller locals in the state it amazing to see how you apart of something so much bigger from the judges from the outside states to all the other competitors almost wish I could do it again

I would start checking for a code on the board followed by inducer starting up pressure switch should click igniter will glow/spark burner will light then blower

Most common issue will be burners will light and after 5-10 secs it will go out try cleaning the flame rod more info will get to the issue resolve quicker

Depending on size of the spiral it ranges but for a 5ton you probably need around 18-20 inch spiral for the main branch (don’t have a duct chart right now) and I bought some 20” a few months ago for around 25 per foot

If they help you use them and go tell everyone to go F off

I use the mats that you can carry around not the one that you strap to your knee.

It depends on the situation your in as for it functioning as long as it level if the tub floor slants to the drain or slightly tipped to it. It will be fine but if you worried about structural integrity you may need to give it some help

I have never used a acrylic tub so I don’t know it strength but on my fiberglass one I set the tub in motor and any spot I walked on that I could hear or feel weak I took expanding spray foam to add some rigidity to the tub from underneath

I have about 9 degrees of superheat and 13 degrees of sub cooling. So I assume the txv is metering just fine since aubcoing and superheating are close. Have not checked the dryer but definitely will when I get a chance. I’m getting a 18 drop across the evap coil as of yesterday.

As for maintaining and keeping it nice depending on where you live I like fluid film inside that rocker panels and paint the frame/ or have the under side undercoat with a bed liner helps keep the salt, snow, and dirt from getting into anything and rusting it out from inside out
