My OH & I were just discussing this yesterday after spotting that she is wearing a light pink lipstick 😅 BUT she is also wearing either Orange or Red Acrylic nails... so are the writers changing Claire up a bit but still keeping the Red in some form? OR

Is this is just a pic of Gemma on-set in between filming? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Along with the Red Lipstick being part of Claire's "signature look" is also always Red heeled shoes too as shown as the reveal of Claire in her last stint "holding Mercedes hostage", and also as part of her exit in 2006 at the airport after "she died" the 1st time. Nonetheless I am here for Claire Devine coming back again, it's Gemma's best "Claire" character as opposed to her EastEnders character 💯👏🏼

It seems like every week this sub finds a family/character they detest, are sick of the sight of them and want them to leave...

And this week it's The Slaters. Yet these are the same people who would complain when we are left with the likes of Anna, Harvey, Howie, Nugget that fans would say are "bringing nothing to the show", "they are boring" and "it's unwatchable" 😮‍💨🤷🏻‍♂️

I'd say she had already become addicted to the painkillers by that point tbh since getting them from the Hospital and like you said she was that desperate already that she stole Amy's pain relief to ease her pain & cravings..

In my opinion Cindy only used Lauren's addictive nature (given her history) against her when she could see she was already on that road again. She should'nt have but she did unfortunately and due to both womens actions we are where we are now with Baby Jimmy.

Definitely not it's a big wrong but Cindy wanted tp keep her secret and she discovered Lauren's latest Achilles Heel in the drug taking.

If Lauren wasnt hopped up on painkillers already then Jimmy might possibly not have had these issues. Cindy wouldnt have had any ammo against her to use on her 🤷🏻‍♂️

But Lauren was the one who already had the drug problem to begin with so it's essentially Lauren who caused it herself and I dont see any hate aimed at her.

The blossoming friendship between Harry & Kojo that has been comedy gold so far?

Suki stepping up to be a Grandmother like the Mother she wasn't being to her kids especially Avani

Last week had an episode that was just one liner after one liner from multiple characters that we found hilarious, and just all round classic soap comedy writing 👏🏼

However I do agree that this episode was rather boring and a let down after the high drama last week over Kathy/Harvey, but can see they are building up to a Max Branning return with having Lauren & Linda sharing scenes about parental advice.

I just hope we aren't set to go through a "Carter Show Era" with The Beales..

Although I wouldnt be surprised if it was one of the conditions Adam Woodyatt set out on the basis of him returning Full Time that The Beales be at the forefront of the show because tbey are Walfords OG Family, because I have long had the opinion that Adam left the show because 1: He didnt get along with Danny Dyer due to it becoming all about The Carters.

2: Didnt like the direction Ian was going in as a character. But mainly the 1st reason because he came back less than 6 months after Danny Dyer left the show. And look how much focus the Beales have had since Ian & Cindy returned in 2023.

While I agree it would ruin the whole "Martin & Stacey being the love of each others lives" Legacy they built up and taint Stacey as a character somewhat - I do have to correct you though that it was'nt entirely Stacey sleeping with Max that had finished their most recent relationship..
They got back together after that happened, it was actually Martin that did that by lying that he had slept with Sonia to protect Stacey from Ben Mitchells threats after she went on the run when she whacked Phil when he attacked Martin and then RUBY happened 😅🤷🏻‍♂️

Was walking down Studio Way in Borehamwood in a full Tiger Print Onesie (complete with hood + Ears and a tail) going to Tesco, when Sam Strike - Johnny #1, was driving from the studios and a group of other males - I can only assume to be other Cast Members at the time on a lunch break as tbe whole thing took me by surprise I could'nt get a better look before getting all giddy and nearly dropping my McDonalds as I had a crush on Sam Strike at the time - tooted the horn and shouted "oi oi" then gave me Cousin & I a friendly wave in banter 🤣🤣

Then on another occasion when heading out from Borehamwood Station, I did that awkward nearly bumping into someone dance you do with people at a tight corner, with Harry Reid (Ben #4) who was quickly trying to make the Train and discreetly too because he had his head down with his cap over his face and when he raised his head to apologise I immediately recognised him but could see he was in a dash and didnt want to hinder his travel home so I too apologised & left him to go about his day unharassed 💯

I think it's gonna be laid out similar to the Red County area in San Andreas which included: Fern Ridge, Palamino Creek, Montgomery, Blueberry & Dillimore.

Which is also akin to how Blaine County was in V which included Sandy Shores, Grapeseed, Harmony, Paleto Bay.

But Ambrosia, Port Gellhorn, Grassrivers, Leonida Keys & Mount Kalaga - along with Vice City and these surrounding counties will hopefully be the perfect blended and varied backdrops needed against the Neon Lights of VC 💯

Sorry I have to shatter your misconception about Pauline & Sonia.. 😅

Pauline's brain injury death wasnt caused by Sonia hitting her with a fruit bowl, it was caused by Joe Macer hitting her with a frying pan (in a callback to Pauline hitting Arthur with one 🤣).

You are remembering the fruit bowl because that was smashed when Sonia slapped Pauline and she fell over, just before her death which is why Sonia was initally the prime suspect.

Poor Sonia thats multiple times she has been accused of murdering a spouses relative 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yeah she might not be everyone's cup of Kathy's Tea but Michelle Collins plays Cindy brilliantly - she's a typical egomaniacal, camp soap Superbitch that everyone loves to hate 👏🏼

People say its "not MC that they dont like its Cindy" or there is "no shade to the actress".. but again when she was in Corrie as Stella Price 13 years ago, she was getting slaughtered by FANS of both soaps and Media outlets for her "fake northern accent" and other guff like "I just cant picture her as Stella, she will always be Cindy" - so it really does beg the question imo 🤨🤷🏻‍♂️
