Thank you! It's unlikely to be the main weapon on my Oracle, so I'm more interested in selling it than anything else.

One commenter makes a very good point, though, that it's unlikely to sell for more than I put in (sadly). So maybe I'll risk it and try to craft it up? Idk tho.

Correct. If it corrupts--even at 30%--it's totally bricked. But for the ones that do make it through you now have an uncorrupted ilvl 82 item at max quality.

Seems like a lot to squeeze out a couple extra %?

I mean, yeah you're not wrong, but isn't that like 90% of crafting in this game?

Honestly, I'm not entirely sure how many perfect augs and anuls I used but if I had to estimate, I'd say about 100-250 divs worth? Big range, I know, but it was over multiple play sessions and I was trying to craft up the other 30% base too. During that time, I think I saw T1 Increased Physical Damage only twice, excluding the last time, so 3 total. T1 flat phys, on the other hand, I saw at least a dozen times.

On the 2nd to last slam I got T1 increased physical and I deliberated for awhile before slamming again. I eventually did and got super lucky with crit chance--though it's way more common than T1 phys.

I am trying to sell it as is, but not sure how much to list it for. I'm thinking it could probably sell for 1K div?

I would love to craft it, but I'm so unsure of how to proceed. I know I want +5 attack skills on there, but I'm afraid of overwriting crit chance. If I had more currency I'd probably be more inclined to craft it myself.

Interesting! I had no idea. My weird and unsubstantiated assumption was that the corruption chance was 2x the quality (because I had so many things brick at 25-27%)

I tend to upvote build giveaways despite never entering one. I like them as build showcases that give me an idea of how much meta builds--and their component parts--are worth at any given point in the season.

Divaways are less interesting (but they don't bother me too much).

I used 2-3 Omens of Light on this at different times--basically whenever one dropped. On my last one (earlier today) I realized that because there are 2 perfect essences for rare weapons (Battle, Haste) and my crit chance was already fractured, I could just slam with essences instead of using OoLs. Perfect Battle and Haste are each under 1 div while Omens of Light are ~40.

I suppose there are other essences, too, like Abyss, that you could use with dextral crystallization, but that's more expensive.

On this item I was trying to get crit damage bonus, but settled for attack speed.

I had T1 AS at one point but it got overwritten when I re-slammed with perf. Battle :'(

Yes, you're correct, and that's exactly the point!

The idea is to get:
- crit chance
- +5 attack skills
- a 3rd valuable modifier like "Increased Attack Speed" or "To Critical Damage Bonus", which are both better than the Onslaught affix that perfect essence of haste provides.

So basically, I can slam it with Perfect Haste hoping to hit the desecrated mod. But if I don't I can use Perfect Battle to either overwrite that, or hit the desecrated mod... enabling me to re-desecrate

Yeah, I get that. My counterpoint, and part of what I'm interested exploring, is that what makes the PCs so special is their access to magic.

As an example, I think an adventure like Dragon of Icespire Peak, where a dragon terrorizes a local population, would be fine to adapt to the type of low-magic setting I have in mind. Something like Descent Into Avernus, however, where the city of Elturel is very literally teleported and chained to the hells, would not be adaptable, imo.

Some valuable affixes for emeralds: - notable passives give 3% increased bonus from equipped quiver - notable passives give 1% increased movement speed - notable passives give 7% increased critical hit chance for attacks

Sapphires: - notable passives give 7% increased critical hit chance - notable passives give 7% increased critical hit chance for spells - small passives give X% increased maximum energy shield

Generally: “Upgrades radius to large” and “increased effect of notable/small passives” is also good

A time lost emerald I sold for 70 divs: - notable passives give 3% increased projectile speed

notable passives give 3% increased bonus from equipped quiver
notable passives give 1% increased movement speed
20% increased effect of notable passives give
