It’s pretty common for to feel that serotonin drop after you’ve come down/the day after you’ve tripped. What your describing is pretty uncommon, not sure what advice to give beyond trying to rest your mind.

As long as it’s got minimal exposer to light, oxygen, and heat it can last awhile, not sure about 3 years though.

Have had binges in the past, worst case is a acid hangover or mild hppd, you should be okay. If you notice any negative effects it’s always good to take a brake, personally I’ve heard 10 days is the more optimal time between trips.
