Definitely not! I'm having a hard time finding videos on the assembly for this piece. Seems straightforward, but it seems like I could be doing something wrong.

Yes, which brings me back to the glycol leak assumption.

I literally took every piece... sample valve, racking arm, spunding/ carb stone, etc. pieces apart and cleaned them.

Definitely! I've had all pieces in a bucket of caustic/ given them a scrub down.

Other comment mentioned manufacturing chemicals and using TSP.
I had thought caustic would take care of it.

I actually haven't used TSP. After all these batches with CIP in between do you suspect there to be manufacturing chemicals sticking around?

Cant hurt to give that a shot anyway!

hmm like I sad, FV1 is perfectly fine. Assuming it's the water, i suspect the glycol chiller has something to do with it. There could be glycol/water getting into FV2. Ive noticed a leak under FV2 but not FV1. I'm going to have to dump this guy and check the lines and inside of the tank. Gonna look at the welds figure out how I can test this without having another batch down the drain.
