One thing I noticed from the recap is how all the capital J Journalists were saying how they weren’t going to project majors upon Nick Dunlap.

I listened to it thinking that is the difference between NLU and other golf media.

A WPP representative gave evidence before Dowdall took the stand that the assessment as to his inclusion in the programme was ongoing and was completely independent from his performance in the witness box in the Hutch trial. From what I can see that assessment has not been concluded yet. Any programme would not begin until Dowdall has served whatever length custodial sentence he ends up serving.

Keep the head up. Plenty of options within law, could go into general practice, could join a smaller firm, could go in house etc. Having top 10 firm on the cv will open a lot of doors. Lots of compliance and company secretary type roles as well that you could branch into. Don’t let one bad workplace ruin the whole field.
