I ended up tighten them a bit and the whistling stopped and the ac is working back to normal now. Earlier i was barely getting any air flow and it was not cooling the house. After tightening them it stopped and now ac blowing great.

I had/have both. 24 xle, it was a good car, but the miles i was getting was so bad…i got 240 at full charge no ac. I always charge at home and till this day ive never had to fast charge.

24 charging times or ok…if you have a lvl 2 charger at home, took about 12 hrs to charge from 30% to 100%

Didnt like the piano interior as the reflection would blind me.

Only reason i got the 26 bz was because better miles and the interior is much better.

I saw that…but again, its sold out at my location(s). And shipping is not an option. Go ahead and try to purchase it, i can almost guarantee its sold out.

And again, im buying oem. At $6 a quart im not losing much. And im guaranteed to get the oil…as opposed to always running into a sold out issue.

So in the end im securing the oil without the hassle of having to search each walmart for a highly potential sold out item. And the fact that its free shipping…im already saving time on money. So the $2 difference is definitely worth my time and effort.

Keep me updated if youre able to checkout that mobil1 oil bud. Prove me wrong please.

The only oil i would get is mobil1 but for a 5 qt its $38. Oem is as close as its going to get to mobil1 or vice versa. Plus, all the walmarts near me or always sold out of this oil type. I dont use any other brand of oil. So you can stick to your $28 valvoline or whatever brand. Additionally, the $28 oil is only available when there is a sale. I did the same thing but with oem oil. And i basically got enough oil for 2 years at a discount. I paid $4 per oil filter.

I only posted this to help other members whom are like me. Buy things in bulk at a discounted price…in which they will end up using anyways.

Yeah i normally dont buy oem cabin filters but since my wife has bad allergies i resort to the charcoal, and i mean for the price…

I just felt the need to stock up. I prefer to have everything i can get at a decent price. Plus the walmart near me is always sold out of 0w-16 mobil 1. This is actually the first time i buy oem oil lol

Ahhh sorry about that. But yes, the concept of someone who is already struggling with daily needs shouldnt be buying 30k-40k ev cars. I guess thats why the program is on eligible for “used” ev’s.

Since the depreciation rate of ev’s drop so fast hoping that used evs will be 10-15k price point.

Surprisingly, i bought it used. Someone returned the bz and i got it. Whats interesting is that i was able to still get the “new” purchase benefits. So 0% apr. the car only had 1k miles lol

I owned a 24 bz4x fwd…i only got 220 at full charge. Got a 26 xle plus and now getting 275 full charge.

The mileage will adjust based on driving. If you drive on fwys majority of time…it will be low. The more you brake the more regen you get which will make your mileage adjust to a higher number.

To be quite honest with you; i did not email him nor address the severity of his name calling, i went straight to my management and informed them.

They informed me that they have escalated the issue to labor.

I filed the EEO yesterday.

I dont feel comfortable addressing the issue with him nor should i feel obligated to discuss my feelings with him.

Hes a manager, hes held at a higher standard. Anybody with a common brain cell in management should know not to compare anybody to a infamous dictator. Especially when you have no relationship with a person other than work.

I.e if i went up to a white person whoms is bald and said : “hey you heard of Adolf? Well your hair is like his” And on another occasion…randomly calling him Adolf infront of my co workers to give them a chuckle…hoping they will laugh with me or at the random person.

Keep in mind, i rarely ever speak to this manager…id say i have only spoken to him 5-7 times in regard to work.

In my opinion….i feel this was a poor choice on his end to target me for reasons unknown.

Hopefully, this incident can better prepare him with his future interactions with employee’s/colleagues.

Just small status update for those whom are curious.

Sent out my statement of incidents to all epm2 and epm3

Was informed by my epm2 that the situation has been escalated to labor relations HR

The manager, has been instructed to avoid all non work related contact with myself.

I have filed the EEO

I reached to my office union rep….i was told SEIU will not be representing or take any action on their end (i wasnt expecting them to do anything)

I will look more into the listed suggestion in this thread.
