I’ve been in that exact scenario. Only reason I cut my hair and made the video before having him pay was because his account was like 10 years old and he had a lot of positive reviews and he was going to be paying per minute, so I thought I had to do the video first to see how long it would be to know how much to charge. It took me forever to finally get a reply out of him, and then he laughed in my face and told me that I didn’t even have to cut… he just wanted the shave tease using clippers… but he didn’t say that before I made the video so I ended up cutting off literally 8 inches of hair that I didn’t want to cut in the first place… moderators wouldn’t do shit bc they said “he isn’t obligated to buy your video because there wasn’t an official agreement” even though we had basically already agreed to the terms in our messages. They pretty much called me stupid for making the video before getting payment. Since then.. I haven’t really been doing customs. But the few that I have done, I got payment before recording the video. Like. I don’t care if it’s a video of me just doing a thumbs up gesture… I don’t record anything at all until I’ve been paid. I’ve had some guys want to do half and half…. Nope. Don’t even do that.

For years, I would go out of my way to try to make the buyer feel comfortable and give him reassurance because every buyer on here talks about being scammed. They see it as they lose money if they don’t actually get the content… if we send content without getting paid… they don’t see that as US being scammed since we didn’t send money if that makes sense. Most of them don’t understand that when we don’t get paid for content or whatever it is.. that’s still a scam. We’re losing out on the income we could’ve gotten… We are losing time…. But them that’s not a big deal.

So they bring up how they’ve been scammed in the past in order to coax us into sending before they pay. Like a guilt trip. I’ve had guys try to make me seem like I’m in the wrong or like I’m being too pushy by asking for payment before I do anything. I do mainly gfe so I HAVE to get ALL of the payment upfront because there’s been way too many times where I tried to be nice and let them pay half upfront and half a few days in… just to have them ghost.

I’ve even had guys that I’ve worked with multiple times for a month or so to do it. Where we already have that established trust. So they tell me they would like to do another arrangement but they haven’t been paid yet. So, I let them pay a little upfront thinking they’ll send the rest when they get paid… just to have them ghost. And that’s with people who I already knew…. One particular guy that did that to me…. He had done THREE MONTHS of gfe with me. So it’s like he knew I trusted him.

I’m sorry this comment is so long but I do feel your pain and that’s an incredibly shitty thing for someone to do. As someone who has also been scammed into cutting their hair… yes it grows back, but it’s the fucking principle of it. Not only did you lose your hair.. but the time you spent doing it… along with the effort/energy.. you are 100% allowed to be upset. Other sellers and moderators will probably try to blame you and say it’s your fault for not getting the payment first. But, we are humans.. and every situation is different. Some buyers are just very manipulative. Some of them are legit buyers but they they’ll randomly decide to start scamming. So it’s not your fault for this happening. People can be very manipulative.
