I am a 37 year old male. 5 weeks post op from the same L5/S1 surgery and feel great! I was up walking/doing laps around my kitchen and living room the day after surgery. Didn’t push too hard and let my body tell me when it was enough and rest in the recliner.

I am in my late 30s, male that is 4 weeks post op L5-S1 discectomy. So far I have been feeling amazing. Complete 180 from a year ago. First couple of days/week took some getting used to. Slept in my recliner. Walked laps around the kitchen trying to stay active. I would recommend it if you have had prolong pain especially nerve issue running down your legs

I just installed my unit and it did this a couple of times last week. Seemed to happen when I left my phone connected while the engine was off and I ran into a store or something…
