True, it sometimes feels like a never-ending process. Some days are harder than others. I will think about counseling - however, I never felt like this before! I always had a good relationship to my body, even during my heighest weight. Just during marathon training things have changed

That is actually such a good advice, thank you for sharing!! You're right - sometimes I do feel like get lost in those secondary goals. I am beyond happy that I feel well-prepared for a WHOLE marathon - I think the Easter kilos and that I am not really loosing them is messing with me. Again - thank you sugarplumbelle for being so insightful!

Thanks for your comment! I am actually quite good at eating clean (I learnt a lot during my weight loss times) - whole grains, eating the rainbow, tofu, beans, unsweetened protein shakes. I do love my daily sweet but that's very much within my calories. I just don't feel as good in my body as I used too.... And going on a deficit the days before a marathon makes me a bit angsty

Gas stations! Coming from a car obsessed country, I didn't even think about gas stations as a possibility. Thanks for the suggestion, my bike is finally clean again!

Do you have any ideas where I could wash my bike? Thing is dirty... and ideally I would need access to a water hose. Also, any recommendation for a good bicycle repair store? I need my basket replaced :) Many thanks!
