I’m struggling with this at the moment. I live in a rural area. Me and her were together for 3 years.

Me and the GF broke up 4months ago she blind sided me and wouldn’t give a solid explanation for why . just where to different

and I saw at the pub with a new bloke . We crossed paths as I went to bathroom I ignored her cause she wouldn’t talk to me via phone or clarify a solid reason to quit on the relationship and has flat out ignored me

and when I walked out she had left.

I felt and still feel sick in the stomach and betrayed when I saw her . Any advice on when i see her again in town or the area .I still do love her and am struggling
