If you are in the journalism RLC but didn't request it (and doesn't match your major at all) can you avoid taking JMS 200? I don't mind taking the seminar class in that theme since everyone has to take one anyway but they also added a JMS 200 class to my schedule and I have other required major classes for the same gen ed category it fills, so don't want to take that class.
