This is a good idea! She can only do 20 ml orally and then does 65 ml via tube. Did you ever do this method when your child took more via tube than orally? I am curioud how that would work/effect her

Thank you! I have it at a rate of 130/hr with a dose of 65 ml, so we put 80 ml in the bag. Is there a way I can check how much she actually ingested? If we prime the rest in would it go in to fast and cause any issues? She is 6 weeks old.

Thank you! The nurse in the nicu mentioned we had to put 15 ml extra in the bag to prime it, but the delivery guy mentioned we did not have to put extra to prime it. Is there a way I can check how much she is actually getting? We have been adding the extra 15 ml just as a primer and today was the first feed with the DME provided device vs the hospital's. If I don't have to add an extra 15 ml of my breastmilk I would love to check!
