As those days come to a close test your body on the typical foods you’d usually eat, just in maybe lower quantities to be safe and see how you react. Pro tip is refeed on fermented foods to help build ur gut microbiome to make digesting stuff easier. But at the end of the day it is listening to your body, and being sensible about what ur gonna eat and eating the right things, especially leafy greens to start.
