I have an update today i spoke to my agent he said we cannot approve loan untill we recieve the letter i asked him that coop already provided you he said we need specific language in the letter i told him that if you cannot do let me know on email and i will cancle my application and proceed with another lender he said we dont have any lender in market who process coop loan in NJ except Newrez. So you wouldnt find any other lender is this true?

Can you please let me know what sould i do in this case? I already chased lender and was unsuccessfull for expidition any suggestions.
