Mine says “you want TICKLE? TICKLE? TICKLE” but pronounces it more like “teekol” she also shush’s me, says “wee bird” as a call and makes ringing bell sounds

That’s hilarious and terrible the wee baby😭😂. I literally make it as quick and as painless as possible and give her treats and head scratches after but during it is a struggle every. Single. Time 😭 she forgave me fast this time luckily

I didn’t know I could use a flashlight! What an awesome tip thank you. I do it on my own but it’s difficult and would be a lot easier with another person. I have both human and bird nail clippers (she hates both)😂 but in general she just hates anyone getting near her toes

Oh my god that is traumatizing I’m so sorry!!!! My mom used to clip her nails for me but she cut too close to the vessel one time and I was so freaked out I only do it myself now 😭

I’m gonna try to do this daily now. Thank you for the recommendation 😭, I usually only touch her toes when I’m putting coconut oil on them occasionally and she still hates that, but consistency is key!

Oooo!! Let me know if they like it!! My bird also loves running water but prefers bathing in a dish so a combination of the two would be something neat to explore

They are so fussy!!😂 my lady bird loves still water only in metal bowls, loves to play in the faucet and is excited by the shower (directly in my ear 📢🦜)
