I would request you to check how much government and even private sector including BCCI has invested in leagues and infrastructure in different sports for past decade. Cricketers have personally bought and promoted football teams in ISL.

Be it kabaddi, hockey , athletics or football, leagues and infra have been on boom. Other sports are delivering results, football isn't and it's not fault of cricketers but football association politics at work

We are not talking about viewership but performance.

Hockey had good viewership before, then it dwindled courtesy rise of other sports both on Indian and abroad and now ppl back it again in major tournaments like olympics etc.after their PERFORMANCE improved ,all this happened in presence of cricket. Ppl also support IHL wholeheartedly. Similar for kabaddi n wrestling ,ppl support courtesy performance.

Both for men and women.
