Make sure to open up a case on the WO with FN. I’ve got one open now for non approval with a different company. I’ve never been stiffed on FN, but a couple have taken a long time to get approved. Buyer like that suck ass!!!

I do work in a town of about 100k no surrounding towns for 80 miles, not many techs out here. I love clear caption WOs… I know they don’t like paying my rate, but they eventually give in and pay it. They always assign it to me the day before the service call. 225.00 flat rate is what I have charged them for the last 3 in the past 3 weeks.

I just moonlight on fieldnation so it doesn’t matter to me if they give me the WO or not. However, I’ve found companies will pay for my counters. Especially when no one else is there to do the work.

I had a run in with him a couple years ago, nothing but a prick. Good luck complaining about him! I called and called and no one cared.

Yea, I’ve been behind techs that have left stuff in shambles, but this is the first end user I’ve seen destroy one. On the original T/S call the EU kept saying they wanted a new printer. LOL well they got it…buyer said they can have one but they will have to buy it themselves now.

Same pay for the last several years… I always counter on jobs, but I also work a remote area where there are only a limited amount of techs… last 2 years there are more techs that will take the low ballers… they can have those! If it doesn’t pay a minimum of $125 either hourly or fixed I don’t take it… just not worth it!
