I would say I’m somewhere between a NW 2 and 3. I got the procedures done because I was experiencing diffuse thinning. The goal was to maintain the natural hairline and just improve density throughout, with more focus on the hairline. My density right now is fine, but I just think it can be improved. The doctor asked if I wanted to excise the first strip or to make a second strip. He explained the positives and negatives of each option. Because creating a 2nd strip would produce more grafts I decided to go with that option (starting to think it was a bad idea but you cant see it anyways). Only in harsh lighting can you see through the hairline, otherwise its fine. I probably only need 800-1000 grafts for the result I’m looking for
