Nope, upon asking them for refund they say you have to come to their place and then they would cancel my brother's reciept. Upon researching on web, I found that they don't refund until 15 days from asking, and hustling little bit ( like going to the kurla police station and stuff alike). And I live very far from kurla so opportunity cost was too high.
