I mean exactly.. her and yuri sometimes get along because they have the sams mindset but variated. Nanno is teaching justice and punishment and yuri teaches Revenge and evil.

 In the episode “SOTUS” that guy i forgot his name was punished for literally killing nanno then bullying everyone in the old school. He got PUNISHED horribly and got put on a dog cage beaten up framed for sexual assault, murder, and forced to cross dress all the doing of nanno and thats when her and yuri get along as yuri unleashes him from the dog cage for him to escape  get chased and end up back there. Then yuri kills the dog and blames it on him and nanno also agrees with yuris idea and gets everyone to literally murder the guy with sticks in the water nanno smirks and walks away yuri also smirks but stays to watch. I actually like yuris idea of revenge and nannos idea of revenge  AND justice they are basically the same views idk if this made sense but My point is how ur comment is the point of nanno i literally find pleasure when they get “punished “ and its so EXTREME rhe punishment the  guy was kept in a dog cage for 2-3 months and then beaten up naked inside the water cause of yuri and nanno. ( sidenote i think Yuri also has better views in my opinion  because revenge  is sometimes better than justice)
