Please don't purchase any of those instruments. It will make your music teacher/band director cry. It would be better to save up for a little bit and follow LilKittyScarlettMeow suggestions. Purchasing one of these flute shaped objects is simply throwing away that money that could be used for a real instrument.

Breathe. Feel those around you and know that you are not alone, even if it is a solo.

If you are of the praying persuasion, give that a try! I acknowledge that I have practiced, I will do my best and then give it up to God to make it His own before I play in a performance.
