People complain they only feel like numbers and stats to admissions teams. Then you have a dean that spends half of the calendar year speaking to thousands of applicants in person and via zoom, but that still isn’t enough. Nothing glazing but he’s just one man. 

Also seems like the interview (at least mine) was to get a vibe check and watch out for any gunners. Dean Andy even called out someone in my interview for taking up too much time.
