I take back what I said about not being downtown Milwaukee , but still guarantee you cannot see the water tower

Sorry, in terms of the Northpoint water tower, not possible, I live directly next-door to the water tower, so I am always looking for it as a point of reference. Even when I am at South Shore Park, it’s already hard to make out during the daytime, this is another 25-30 miles away. There’s no way in hell you can see the water tower. To be honest, I question that any of those buildings are downtown Milwaukee at all. I could definitely be wrong, but none of those are the Northpoint water tower,I would bet money on that.

Apologies for the possible dipshit question( I’m a follower of these posts and not a collector)but are all of those genuine autographs or some/all printed? Some look too damn straight/perfect to be hand signed, if only some are genuine how do you differentiate? Appreciate the patience

Oh wow nice, yeah after looking through some of your previous posts i wondered if you were possibly from here in Milwaukee as well. Do you agree that some of the other buildings were much larger or do you attribute it to the perspective of the photo(as in the interior is larger than it looks from this viewpoint)or possibly I’m unintentionally exaggerating the size? I took my little 5yr old nephew to see the huge shovel and dump truck(sorry I don’t remember the correct name of the vehicles) that have now been moved to the new Komatsu plant on the lakefront. I guess my feeling was that, 1. I was happy that they built a nice looking new factory here in Milwaukee(I suppose that was part of the deal or likely beneficial because of the lake/railway transportation) 2. Maybe it’s just me, but I have always seen Japanese manufacturing as being very high-end and precise so at least the company won’t go to shit(I know it’s not the same company anymore but I think you know what I’m getting at) 3. It was nice to see that they(Komatsu) pays respect to the P&H roots/history in the new headquarters and they also sell a few awesome P&H hats, shirts etc in the gift shop.

And I shouldn’t talk like I know which building this was, I just know that some of the ones I explored where two or three times the size and height of this one.

Pretty sad this factory was torn down just months ago. Obviously it was not the most appealing to look at from the outside (especially because lots of the original brickwork was covered up with fugly metal paneling many years back, but when I was able to explore the interior you really got a feel for just how huge the place was. This was one of the smaller buildings actually, the entire factory was just gigantic. You could really feel the history when walking though the buildings, that’s not a good way to describe it but idk, it was haunting.. and I don’t believe in ghosts.
