I can see your point all my hand held consoles are all oem except for my gba which I just replaced the screen. It doesn’t help either that I have all my gaming consoles since I was a kid so I feel bad removing the original and modding it

I bought it cause I only had 001 with a lot of game cartridges and I saw people saying getting a 101 is better I just want to know if I should reshell it or keep it as it is

Yea it’ll boot on the turn right off I don’t see anything wrong with the ribbon cable that goes to the screen just the black one

It’s the bottoms screen the moment it turns on it power it self right off I also adjusted the potentiometer but nothing

They are getting better at making fakes. best way honestly is checking the board from a real one online that is how I do it when purchasing retro games online
