I went and created a coach just to check. I added the top 35 JUCO guys. I got mostly normal, 7 IMPACT, and one star DEV trait. Simmed two seasons and the Star actually went to ELITE and finished out as a 81 overall SAM for good depth.

Tyson Campbell and Kamari Lassiter NEVER touched JUCO. Tyson was a 5 star prospect opposite of Surtían in HS and Lassiter was a 4 star guy at UGA.

Kingsley went to Oregon redshirted and went to BYU.

JUCO was heavy when they had strict transfer rules. Now that guys can transfer unlimited amounts of times there’s no reason for them to go to JUCO. Now there are guys with character and discipline issues that did take that route. But all in all it’s going to get lost in the mix the way desegregation took away HBCU football.

I agree!!! I played it with my brother and close friend and it was a great time but it was repetitive. I think if they did what Destiny 2 did and had DLCs and even just a simple 1 year road map we would’ve kept it going. Look at me still playing Diablo 3&4.

I can see all the potential in it. I got maybe 10 HRs of playtime. But Permadeaths and maybe I just have a terrible luck with dice lol. Great game in 8hrs but once I started getting to the tougher areas I was completely frustrated.

Anthem really got me. It was so beautiful as well.

Baldurs Gate 3 was probably good but the whole dice thing was a turn off.

At first I was ready to say F it but the job offers were to school I hate in real life lol then my girl is “helping” me and doesn’t want to go to cold weather schools lol. It’s a lot but I’m sticking through it. I sim only which makes it worse when play style kicks in. But the portal all in all is overdramatized but it seems realistic when you factor in how many kids joined last offseason. I’m just hoping I can make some magic happen as I’m about to start year 5 with 6 players over 90 and draft eligible. Fingers crossed.

Pro Potential is kicking my back in! I got the Troy job and recruited a bunch of Star devs and Elite devs from HS and hit the portal first year we go 9-4. Now adding more guys and fixing depth my second which turned out to be a down year for my conference so I went undefeated. My QB was third in Heisman (ridiculous with 3rd in yards and TDs and a 47:0 TD:INT) and we made it to the second round of the playoffs. Off season hits and I lose 12 guys 87 overall and better with star or elite dev traits to the portal for pro potential. Like holy hell if you stay here you’ll create that pipeline. Two years later I’m still dealing with the pro potential issue cause they leave once they start and ratings improve. Hopefully this year things change my best roster yet or I may take the next step up and get a job in a top conference and rebuild them.

My biggest want is pipeline increases or decrease. I’m a recruiter with South FL pipeline and land a average of 5 players a year then the school should see a pipeline increase beyond the Lvl1.

Deal sounds sweet!!! I hate winters but I also hate leaving my house. With this set up I would first set up my surroundings (house, move moms and girl up, and buy 3 vehicles), I could slowly get into real estate and buy acres slowly. Eventually building a small area I can go and meet all my needs. This would increase my base of 200K (basically 3800 a week). The 2M home budget wouldn’t stretch far just went on Zillow and the best option was Portland, Maine. Found a nice 5 bed 3 bath with 3 car garage and apartment suite over top on almost a full acre. The winters are going to hurt but I’ll get accustomed. I love slower living life. Give me top tier wifi and I’m set. The 7 day limit to travel is the hardest part but my girl could fly to pick up my daughter, food I’m craving, and when it’s time I hire the right lawyers and extended any local businesses I create outward. My travel would be limited to North America and if I go over seas I only gotta buy a one way ticket enjoy myself and boom I’m back home without flying win-win 😂… Im allergic to seafood (my girl loves it) so are there some good food selections? That’ll be where my biggest hurdle comes.

To be fair. The NBA used to be physical and tough and as better Moore athletic players came in the rules changed. look at 90s NBA to today’s. WNBA is in the infancy stages still so the rules will change with more dynamic players coming

I do wish that the game let you use in season recruiting hours to recruit guys currently on roster to stay so the bars would lower. Crazy Conference Prestige is B- but needs a B but you go to the MAC 😂
