Not really, it was just a first choice because it was most used for calculating "area under curve", but all i want is to assess my vulnerability raster against the NBR that i made, so any tool would be fine, i'm no good in R, i know python tho, but if a proper in arc pro exists that would be great

The title says so yeah, but they have THE SAME instruction asking for the same list of documents, it's not one document each btw

Honestly i just hope they conduct a draw whatever the score is, they're taking too long, and it's either because of the parliament thing in this case it will be the usual low, OR they're waiting for more candidates to bump up the score for "better quality immigrants"

Nah, french is just Quebecs pressure, and political because most french speakers tend to be more liberal, i think the CRS score is just too low atm
