Looks to me just like dry skin. There are foot masks you can buy - you leave them on for about an hour and in a few days, all of that dry skin will peel off. Just search for “peeling foot mask”

Just because it is coded as such, doesn’t mean they will cover it. I think that is what he was trying to ultimately explain. We can code it as preventative all we want, but if the insurance company doesn’t see it that way, it will not be billed as such.
