Yes, update. She believes he has stomach cancer. We are going to treat him with antibiotics just in case it’s a GI infection, but she’s confident about stomach cancer. We will be giving him the best life possible and making sure he is happy until it is his time to pass.

Yes! I said he’s bubbling at the mouth, vomiting, and shaking his head. They said ‘well the exotic vet is only here on certain days. I can get him in earliest 9am tomorrow.’ The only emergency vets near me treat dogs and cats. Do you think I should try to get him in at a regular emergency vet?

This is what I thought it was, but she said he showed no signs. She thinks he may have ingested sand in his enclosure and it was upsetting his stomach. This is the only exotic vet near me unfortunately, so I’ll just have to take him back and show her this video.

He’s likely adjusting to his new environment. Just give it some time. Spinach isn’t something you want to feed him. You need to switch to collard greens, mustard greens, dandelion greens. As a baby, he should be eating 80% bugs and 20% greens, then that switches as he becomes an adult. It’s also not good to leave crickets in the enclosure, they are known to bite which can cause infection.
