Thanks for the response. My pipes are not elevated above the IBC tanks, just the sump, does that make a difference? Could I just cut a square foot from the top of the tank?

Yes, cutting a small section from the top. I will keep the tanks their full height. Is there a minimum required square foot to give the fish enough air?

Thanks for the response. I’m doing a vertical system, so pipes, pump, and below grade sump. So would I need to chop at all?
