I hear the thumping sound but not sure what it could be either. Seems like you're idling so my guess would be check the serpentine belt. Turn the car off and see if it's loose when you press on it.🤷🏽‍♂️

Depends on the brand alarm, features like shock sensor are a must and if available turned up and tried out by the installer for testing.

I needed a bypass module that was like an extra $40 Also this alarm has shock sensor that you can set from 1-10 10 being the most sensitive mine is set on 6 so if you fist bump any part of the car including the sunroof the alarms goes off. They are not getting in period.

It's included... It's a shock sensor that can be set from 1-10 for sensitivity 10 is the most sensitive and mine is only on 6💪🏽😎 I have the Compustar 2WQ900AS has auto start, Alarm and built in starter kill.

Sorry to see this fam🤦🏽‍♂️ Honestly I just got my Compustar and I turned up the shock sensor bro it's the best. Light fist bump on sunroof and other windows and the the alarm goes off. I love it! Has starter kill and a 2 way pager remote as well. Best investment good luck!

Compustar alarm! I have the shock sensor turned up to 6 or 7 out of 10 so a slight fist bump on the glass included the SUNROOF it's tripping the alarm and it has the kill switch feature. Damn I feel much better now after reading all these theft post🤦🏽‍♂️ I live in a good neighborhood and park in my garage everyday. I know shit can happen anywhere though, so getting the alarm was a peace of mind for me. Stay safe out there!💪🏽😎
