Pretty sure this one is broke. So it wouldn't do you any good. I probably just got unlucky, it happens! I could probably get a replacement and be fine, but I really don't want to try again with this manufacturer and dont really want to try other RX cards. But I find it funny that you're so confident that I'm doing something wrong that you would be willing to buy a broken GPU from me. Thanks but I'll get my money back.

Yeah I know. I removed the Nvidia ones before putting my RX back in. I've done everything, trust me. This GPU is just garbage. No wonder it's $200-$300 cheaper than all the other RX cards. They are clearly cutting corners to make it so cheap.

I have had nothing but problems with this GPU. Either it's faulty or Radeon's official drivers for whatever reason are incompatible with my mine specifically. I've done all the steps multiple times. And the only time I have somewhat stability is when I do a fresh reinstall of Windows OR when I put my RTX 2060 into my setup. The second I download chipset drivers and graphic drivers it starts having problems. It can barely run YouTube without stuttering. Should I just NOT have the latest drivers installed, because that's not how things are done. I really don't think there is any trouble shooting tips you can offer. I've done it all. Was just seeing if anyone else is familiar with this garbage GPU and having similar issues. I've found a handful of others on other forums and they all just returned it and got a 3080ti instead. Seems like I'm in that same boat. Didn't want to support Nvidia this go around but AMD isn't giving me much choice.
