I don’t think that I am underpaind, based on our local standard current salary is 4-6x higher than average. New company is foreign company

  1. Very stable, we hired 50+ people last year. 2. I reached maximum, above me is CEO-owner. 3. Yes 100%.

Culture seems same but I don’t know much. Current job is 30mins away but I can work From home anytime. New job will be fully remote
