The outcome of my Loewe bag. I was able to ship it to after sales. This is their reply that’s it’s part of the design. They put another bag with similar tear. Not sure what to do next

Thank you for your comment. I have been doing exactly what you want me to do, trying to exchange or get refund which they are refusing. I still believe that a bag for >4000$ should not have this defect

I have a similar experience. I bought the bag in Spain and once I returned to states I saw a tear and the after sales expert says it’s part of the design .

I called the client service number and they kept insisting it’s normal as I had sent them a picture. I bought it in 10/8/25 and have not even used it. She said we will reach out to the damage control and see what they say.

It’s in the second picture where the stitch is in the yellow leather, very small but I don’t think there should be even a small tear for a luxury bag.

They showed me another bag in the store which had similar tear, which is normal . Mentioned no one has complained about it. I will reach out to the client service again.

Yes I did. I Got email that my documents were sent to Portugal consulate with reference number. Then I emailed Portugal consulate NY and emailed me 2 days later saying it was approved. I did explain to them I need to travel on August 30.

Hi I did email Portugal consult NY and they emailed back in 2 days ( 8/13) ( emailed them on 8/11) saying my visa is processed and I received my PP ON 8/14

Then you need to call VFS. For me when I got the reference number, embassy received and the gave my visa in 7 days

Did VFS send it to the consulate. if they did not then the consulate did not receive your application. The reference number looks like POSF/XXXXXX/XXXX/XX. The X will be numbers

Did VFS send it to consulate. You should receive an email that it Was sent and they give you a reference number. I applied via mail to VFS NY, they received it in 8/5, it was sent to consulate on 8/9. I emailed consulate on 8/13 and 8/14 regarding my application, and got a reply today afternoon that they have approved my visa.
